From the second half of the 2010s, again, this group of friends noticed a structural change was taking place. For example, the purchasing architecture we were used to was giving way to the rental architecture. My dear long-sighted close friend had a saying:
"If your business is niche, find the professional for the job."
It was precisely at this time that we found DinamikCRM. During our collaboration with DinamikCRM, the modern world experienced a revolutionary transformation due to Covid-19. Our luck was to have a business partner who thought quickly like us and saw integrated jobs almost like a third eye in this transformation.
Ten years ago, if we had mentioned a concept like "Design-Oriented Business Model Creation and Process Management" to third parties, they might have reacted with "Are we in the wrong place? Is this a TED Conference?" However, DinamikCRM responded in our language, saying, "We understand what you mean. You mean 'designing the relationship,' don't you? You want to design the relationship the user will have with the product."
Today, and for the future days we will develop together, we are so sure that, for example, if we gave DinamikCRM a bag full of random words about a new project or a daily problem, they could almost produce an "experience map" at the speed of Machine Learning.
