WhatsApp Integration Setup Process

To start the integration, you need to enter the API Key, App Name, and WhatsApp Business Number information in the Integration Details section.

Important Reminders
The phone number used for the integration must not be used by WhatsApp or any third-party application.

The SIM card associated with this phone number must be connected to an active device. (We will need to receive some confirmations via SMS.)

You must have an active Facebook Business account, and this account must be approved by META management.

Your company and templates will be reviewed and approved by WhatsApp. Therefore, the full integration process may take 2-5 business days.
