Custom fields are a feature that allows you to add additional information fields to the module you are in. After adding a custom field to the module, the resulting form can be used by all users.
At the top of the module you are in (e.g., Customers, Quotes), you will see a trophy icon. This icon provides access to the goals section.
If no goals have been previously defined, your personalized goals will be automatically created the first time you click the icon.
If you have previously clicked this section and/or want to create your goals without clicking it, you can follow these steps:
Control Panel > CRM Settings > Goals
We recommend starting with the goals we have defined and then creating your own definitions over time.
Yes, you can easily upload your customers to DinamikCRM.
1-) Go to Tools > Import Data and click on the Customers tab,
2-) Download the "sample customer upload template" file to your computer and add your records according to the Excel template,
3-) Click on the Select File section, choose your file, and then click the Upload button.
The Data Completeness Indicator is a target indicator that shows an increasing trend as you enter data into the selected content. It is easier to work with content that is filled with data, and you can reach your goals more easily. The quality of your data is measured by its accuracy and completeness.
Aim to keep the data completeness percentage of your data above 70%.
Filling in detailed information, entering phone numbers, creating address records, adding social media accounts, and completing communication permissions will increase the completeness of the relevant content to 70% and above.
